I'm a busy working wife and mom that loves to create and share all things handmade. I am in to all things bright, colorful and fun. I started out making vinyl designs and moved to earrings. After playing around with various materials, I decided to work with wood, acrylic laser cuts and polymer clay. I have combined all of these things to make my own pretties. They are affordable and awesome. New to the shop, sublimation!
Returns and exchanges:
Please contact me if you have any problems with your order. If you receive any items damaged, you have 5 business days to contact me once tracking shows delivered to contact me regarding any damages. If items are received damaged, i will issue a full refund. A photo of any damaged items must be provided as form of receipt.
Payment:
I accept Paypal, credit card through direct checkout, and some may pay through Paypal with a credit card. I only ship to the address stored in your Paypal account/Credit Card. If you do not change your address on the receipt before checking out and email us needing shipping to a different address, i will cancel and refund the order. You may place a new order with the correct address. Thanks for understanding!
Shipping:
Bear & Little Co current processing time is 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once shipped, please allow 3-5 days for delivery depending on method of shipping. If tracking shows delivered and it was sent to the address shown on your receipt, our shop does not replace or refund in the case you have not received it yet. Bear & Little Co only refunds or replaces packages that are deemed to be lost or damaged.
Bear and Little is not responsible for late arrival of any packages once the packages have left our shop. We only guarantee your order will be mailed out within our reasonable time frame. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local post office and request a tracker/investigation to be opened as they can tell you the exact GPS coordinates your order was left at.
